This extra-compact hybrid cable combines five mini-video channels and two audio channels plus an overall shield. The cable can be used for applications such as transmission of a VGA signal from a PC to a monitor using a D-Sub connector while the audio channels transmit additional data in VESA standard format. It is designed to handle the same applications as the CVM5/A2 model but features significantly higher overall screening, making it the ideal choice for environments with the possibility of high electromagnetic interference. The overall shield comprises an AL foil with drain wire. The PVC outer jacket has a tear strip for fast, easy opening.
